30 ounces Frozen hash browns
2 cups Cooked ham, diced
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
10.5 ounces Cream of chicken soup
1 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
1/4 cup Butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, diced ham, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour the soup mixture over the hash brown and ham mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
