A comforting masterpiece that transforms simple ingredients into a rich, creamy dish with turkey bacon and spaghetti, perfect for busy weeknights or relaxed weekends.
Ingredients
Scale:
12 oz Spaghetti
6 slices Turkey bacon
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Chicken broth
3 cloves Garlic, minced
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and let it drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it.
Add the softened cream cheese and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Crumble the crispy turkey bacon over the pasta and mix gently.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
