2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 cup Chicken broth
1 cup Heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
12 oz Pasta (penne or rotini)

Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning evenly over the chicken.
Add the minced garlic and pour the chicken broth over the chicken. Make sure the chicken is submerged.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
