A delightful combination of flavors that brings comfort and joy in every bite. Crispy bacon, savory ranch dressing, and tender chicken come together in this sandwich, making it not just a meal but an experience.
Ingredients
Scale:
2 medium-sized boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning
4 slices bacon
2 hamburger buns
1 cup shredded lettuce (e.g., romaine or iceberg)
1 tomato, sliced
2 slices cheddar cheese
¼ cup bacon ranch dressing
Instructions
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle the homemade ranch seasoning evenly over both sides.
Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the chicken is golden brown.
While the chicken is grilling, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
Assemble your sandwich by placing lettuce on the bottom half of each bun, followed by sliced chicken, bacon, tomato, and cheddar cheese.
Drizzle the bacon ranch dressing over the top, then cover with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately.
