  1. Season the chicken breasts with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through and golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside, covering it with foil to keep warm.
  4. In the same skillet, add the diced red onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Then, add the minced garlic and corn, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
