Ingredients
Scale:
1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar, packed
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
½ cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat until the mixture is creamy and well-blended.
Add the vanilla extract and milk, mixing until fully incorporated.
Gradually add the heat-treated flour, stirring until a dough forms. Mix in the mini chocolate chips.
Using your hands, form the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to boil. Remove from the heat and add the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth to create the chocolate ganache.
Dip each frozen cookie dough ball into the chocolate ganache, ensuring they are fully coated. Return them to the parchment-lined sheet.
Place the chocolate-covered cookie dough bites back in the freezer for about 15 minutes to set the chocolate.
