4 pieces Tilapia fillets (about 6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 Lemon, sliced
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels. This will ensure a good sear when cooking.
Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning evenly over both sides of each fillet, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
Carefully place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Once cooked, remove the fillets from the skillet and place them on a serving platter.
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices for added flavor and presentation.
