Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the beer, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or a deep dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Heat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F). If using charcoal, let the coals burn until covered with ash.
  4. Take the marinated pork chops out of the refrigerator and remove them from the marinade. Pat them dry with paper towels.
  5. Place the pork chops on the hot grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, flipping once, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Once cooked, remove the chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Slice and serve your flavorful pork chops with sides of your choice.
