Description
A quick, tasty solution that delivers juicy, tender steak in a fraction of the time.
Ingredients
Scale:
- 1 pound Beef steak (sirloin or ribeye recommended)
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). This will ensure your steak bites cook evenly and get that perfect sear.
- While the air fryer is heating, cut the beef steak into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch pieces. This helps them cook quickly and evenly.
- In a large bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, tossing to coat thoroughly. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes, or up to 1 hour for deeper flavor.
- Place the marinated steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded. This allows for even cooking.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning. Aim for a medium-rare finish for the best texture.
- Once cooked, remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
