Description
A delightful combination of flaky biscuits, savory ground beef, and melty cheese that your family will crave.
Ingredients
Scale:
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 can Biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
- Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder) to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add seasoning to the cooked beef, mixing well to incorporate flavors. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches wide.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit, followed by a small amount of shredded cheese.
- Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.
- Place the sealed biscuit bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
